Blog Probes Real Estate Models
Posted by CityBlogLA on March 30th, 2008
www.REALonomics.net is a blog that is asking serious questions about where the real estate industry is going. More specifically, REALonomics poses challenges to the broker/owners to adopt models that will allow their organizations to become more transparent.
REALonomics.net advocates that the industry open up the property information portals to consumers and upgrade its approach to how it is interacting with the consumer by implementing more social networking such as www.CityBlogUSA.com, a community blogging network for every city in the USA.

I think www.REALonomics.net has interesting idea and concept.
I’m still wondering how does it work and would it positively affect this blog community…
Seems no significant impact around here.
Catchy word for certain, however, a lot of hard work is needed in Louisiana to make the system more productive both for the agent for the buyer and seller, as well as the buyer and the seller. We, as usual seem to be mired in the legal detail. We only recently got a uniform sale agreement, which seems to be in the process of change.
There should be a realistically proven system to guide all concerned in this process, and it should be properly set up.
